HCS's R&D team adheres to the principles of meticulous craftsmanship and product excellence. With over 20 years of specialized research in airflow control and mechanical engineering, the team has iterated on wind valve production and testing processes hundreds of times. Every single HCS Venturi valve achieves a remarkable airflow control accuracy of ±5%, a response time of less than one second, and pressure independence.

The superior performance of these valves stems from precise tolerances between components. HCS engineers rigorously control key factors such as the uniformity of the valve body waist section, the curvature of the valve core, concentricity of three-body assemblies, spring coefficients, and calibration methods. 

In calibration, HCS introduced the industry's first automated airflow calibration system, capable of completing over 1,400 airflow tests across 51 calibration points for Venturi valves in minimal time. The pursuit of product excellence is reflected in the relentless reduction of errors. HCS engineers identified residual errors in valve stem travel precision and further developed the RTAFF (Real-Time Airflow Feedback) device to minimize these deviations, enhancing both the accuracy of variable airflow control and production efficiency. 

HCS Venturi valves have been widely adopted in high-level biosafety laboratories, including the Guizhou CDC P3 Biosafety Laboratory, Xinjiang CDC P3 Biosafety Laboratory, Heilongjiang CDC P3 Biosafety Laboratory, and national-level P4 Biosafety Laboratories.

In 2006, HCS pioneered room-level airflow control solutions, which were first applied in a hospital project in 2014. After three years of iterations, the solutions were widely deployed in projects such as Zhejiang University, Wuhan University of Technology, and Zhejiang Petrochemical, leading the industry's progress. 

In the innovation zone, HCS unveiled several upcoming products, including the High-Speed Variable Airflow Butterfly Valve, the Intalligent Actuator, and a new Constant Airflow Butterfly Valve, offering hardware advancements for the airflow control sector.
